Notes on Switched Capacitance Biquad Filter 6/14/2007

1) Mathematically determine the parameters of Biquad filter in S domain and Z domain. See Ref[1] (at 'Rabbit Hole') for detail. One thing worth noting is that the bilinear transformation between S domain and Z domain would introduce distortion ( frequency warping). To minimize the distortion, sample rate has to be much greater than the frequency of interest

2) Determine the capacity values for switched capacitance implementation. See ref[2] for detail. Matlab m files for that purpose can also be found at 'Rabbit Hole'.

3) Some of the circuits from Ref[2] need to be optimized for switch sharing.
